Head of Product & Project Management - CRM Experienced m/v

Onze partner is actief in de gespecialiseerde media - B2C & B2B gericht, en is leader op zijn markt.  In het kader van de uitbreiding van zijn activiteiten zoeken we een Product & Project Manager.

Functie :

This is a key role in order to accelerate the overall growth of the organization. 

• Leading of the Product & Project Management Office, heading Product Management and Project Management
• You develop and implement concrete actions to drive continuous improvement and innovation for the product portfolio in line with the business strategy
• You assure the consistent application of the project management practices across product related and other projects 
• You assure project reporting is done by the product & project managers and you report to the management
• You maintain close relationships with the market (customers / opinion makers) for awareness of market needs
• You ensure at executive level oversight of strategy, technical and marketing aspects of all products in the portfolio
• You act as the internal and external evangelist for the product offering, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing and involving customers
• You analyze product profitability & sales success and you drive corrective actions
• You analyze potential partner relationships to drive buy/build/partner decisions and you manage the vendor/partner relationships upon implementation
• You ensure keeping product roadmaps up to date and you manage roadmap evolutions 
• You ensure maintaining product documentation (presentations, descriptions, etc.) up to date as input to sales & marketing
• You are accountable for the performance of the product portfolio: you measure, evaluate and drive actions to improve the performance of our products, you lead the budgeting exercise related to products and you provide input to allow for financial forecasting

Uw profiel : 

• You have a Master degree
• You are a product manager preferably of online products/services
• You have a proven track record of managing multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to structure complex issues into simple and actionable plans
• Fluent in Dutch and French, as well as English
• Can do attitude, high energy, optimistic and positive nature
• You are a people manager: you motivate people intrinsically, and have the proven ability to select high performing individuals and create high performing teams
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; verbal and written communication skills
